Listen & Write

A few suggestions to help you make the most out of these audio stories:

  1. Listen to the audio file and take some notes. What is the main idea?

  2. Listen to the audio file again and write down everything you hear.

  3. Listen to it as many times as necessary to complete your notes. Don’t hesitate to pause and start again.

  4. Compare your notes with the transcript attached below.

Listen & Imitate

After listening to several Greek conversations, it’s time to imitate or copy the speakers’ pronunciation and intonation.

  1. Repeat out loud.

  2. Imitate the sounds and the pauses.

  3. Reflect. How close to the original do you sound?

  4. Keep practicing until the result satisfies you!
